I have found myself in a similar predicament. I ran my first marathon in December and had an unrealistic goal set for my self. Upon not meeting this goal (it was 40 degrees and raining the entire marathon) I just got down on myself and not been wanting to do much of anything and letting my brain beat me up. I have a half marathon this weekend (was a full but because of lack of ambition) that I feel completely undertrained for… Uugghhh! Trying to stay motivated, lift less, run more!
