> most of this is, technically, ‘whole food’. the powdered stuff is not processed to the point it is denatured. one of the main reasons for supplementing this w/ a diet of ‘real’ food is to save time. you would have to prepare and eat much more calorie for calorie to match what this shake provides nutritionally. not to mention the cost of all that food that you would have to eat before it went bad. some people simply don’t have the time or desire to spend an hour+ preparing and eating breakfast :)
